“Customer”, “You”, “Buyer”: refers to the person or entity that purchases products from us.
2. Products
We sell Yeners Pastillage – Powder Mix which requires the addition of icing sugar and/or water depending on the variant. It results in a pliable sugar paste similar to gum paste that dries quickly and strongly, suitable for creating high edible toppers and centrepieces used for cake decorating.
Yeners Pastillage is available in two versions:
Regular Version: Contains icing sugar; requires only the addition of water.
Concentrated Version: Requires the addition of icing sugar and water; designed for lower shipping costs.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order with us, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Prices are exclusive of GST and exclude delivery charges, which are added at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping within Australia and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged upon receipt. Please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of any damage.
